Alicia was trying to escape from one of the people that worked at the orphanage. She had to run away. She couldn't stand this place any longer, with the crying kids, the punishments, and the horrible food. Keira and Alicia had started their "great escape" at midnight, when everyone was sleeping. But right now, someone was chasing them, as she ran with her daemon through the dark streets.

Miss knew she was going to get scolded for staying outside so long, but she didn't care. She enjoyed walking around the city at night, to get away from the nasty professors. Just as she reached the pier, her deamon in a lion form beside her, she heard a noise from the other street.

Lilly was walking with her demon, Garth. They where on their way home from playing in the park.

Alicia had just managed to escape from that person. She sight in relief, and Keira transformed into a wild cat, who's fur was of differente browns. Ali ran a bit further, up to a river, and didn't realize before it was to late that a stupid boy was comming behind her. She screamed as she fell in the frozen waters.

Miss heard a scream quite near her, and went to check it out, her daemon walking in front of her. She saw a girl in the water, and also some other boy. Aslak's hackles raised, and he bared his teeth.

Keira turned into a dolphin, and lifted Ali so that she was over the frezing waters. She went to the shore, and asked the newcommer's daemon for help.

Aslak nodded, and helped the girl's daemon to drag the girl ashore. He turned to Miss to aske her for help. She came, and knelt down beside the girl.

"Who was that?" Ali asked, almost yelling,"If I ever see him again, he's dead."

Miss shook her head: "I don't know, I never saw him before." Aslak stared behind the boy.

"Well," Alicia said,"I'm being rude. Thaks for saving us. My name is Alicia, but you can call me Ali or Al, and this is my daemon, Keira." She was now looking at Keira who had turn into a white owl.

Missi nodded: "Nice to meet you. I'm Mississippi, but you can call me Miss or Missi for short. Only the professors at the college call me with my real name." She smiled before continuing: "And this is Aslak, my daemon." Aslak came back, still a lion.

Lilly heard yelling so she and Garth ran to it. "Hey what is the problem?" She asked.
